With this is mind, we are happy to offer an innovative new service, Remote Press and Bindery Checks, enabling our clients to keep an eye on their print job without leaving their homes or offices.
Highlights of this new feature:
– Speak with Hemlock’s production teams as your job is live on press or in bindery
– Files can be shared using the app to communicate specific quality requirements
– Capture photos and share them with other stakeholders
– Opportunity to provide high-resolution digital images for a closer assessment
Hemlock has created a dedicated Press Check Team consisting of Production and Prepress Leads who will be a part of every Remote Press and Bindery Check; they will ensure that your print job receives the attention it needs. We are using Zoom to connect our team with your team and have completed a number of tests to ensure optimal quality audio and video.
This latest initiative is just another way in which Hemlock is adapting to these new and evolving conditions, while maintaining our commitment to providing clients the highest level of quality and service possible.
