Bindery & Finishing

With today’s requirements of speed, quality and price being more important than ever, we have consistently focused on offering an integrated solution, with a minimum of subcontractors. The majority of work that Hemlock does is produced in-house, as our pressroom is supported by a fully equipped bindery.

The heart of our post-press department is the Polar System 5 robotic materials handling and cutting system. Built around the System 5 is a configuration of five folders, a six-station collator / saddle stitcher with cover feeder, a large format die-cutter, an automated gluer / folder, and a high speed shrink-wrapping line. Our logistics department coordinates product distribution for multiple shipments across town or around the world.
